Quick Start Video For iPhone and iPad
This video walks you through the basics of using the new Triple Play PRO with iPhone and iPad.
The Triple Play works great with your iPhone and iPad. There are a few things to know if you want to make sure it works every time. First, you will need the Mo Disk app. The app is free. When you plug the Triple Play PRO into your device, it will ask you if you want to “allow” or “deny.” If you tap “allow,” the Mo Disk app will open and the Triple Play PRO will be ready to go to work for you! If you hit “deny,” nothing will happen. The app will not open and the Triple Play PRO will not work. If that happens, just remove the Triple Play PRO and plug it in again. When the device asks for your permission, you will need to hit “allow” for it to work properly. That is a security feature of your Apple device. No information is shared with the Triple Play PRO or transferred from your device to the Triple Play PRO. The Triple Play PRO is private and secure! Android Quick Start Video
This video walks you through the basics of using the Triple Play with Android devices.
The Triple Play works great with most Android phones and tablets. To use Triple Play with an Android device, it will need to be equipped with a feature called “OTG” or “on the go.” Most Android devices made after 2013 will have this feature. However, some pay-as-you-go phones, prepaid phones, and employer provided phones may have this feature disabled. There are apps in the Google Play Store that will check whether your device is compatible with OTG. Simply search “OTG checker” in the Google Play Store if you’d like to try one of these apps.
Most Android devices have a file manager built in. However, the “Mo Disk” app is the absolute easiest way to use the Triple Play with your Android device. Simply download Mo Disk from the google play store. That app will give you lots of great features for getting the most from your Triple Play. If you need more help, just give us a call!
